Warranty Policy

Effective Date: January 5, 2026

1. Scope

This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from Twinqo Philippines (“Twinqo”, “we”, “us”) through https://twinqophil.com/shop/ . This policy explains warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.

2. Warranty Identification

Warranty coverage is identified by a valid warranty sticker, serial number, warranty slip, or certificate indicating the warranty period. Customers must present the warranty slip when requesting service.

Lost warranty slips may be reissued upon presentation of the original sales invoice, subject to a reissuance fee.

3. Warranty Coverage and Duration

  • Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Warranty duration varies per product and manufacturer.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of purchase shown on the invoice.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or accidents
  • Electrical damage, water damage, corrosion, or infestation
  • Products with altered or missing serial numbers or warranty stickers
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Consumables, data loss, or promotional items

5. Warranty Resolution

If a covered defect is confirmed, Twinqo may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion. Replacement items may be new or equivalent in function.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Present the defective product with the warranty slip.
  2. A Job Order (JO) form will be issued.
  3. If documents are lost, an affidavit of loss and valid IDs may be required.
  4. Claims must be processed at the original branch of purchase.

7. Storage and Unclaimed Items
